Located at Beck House Farm, in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Peppercorn pod is a beautiful contemporary glamping pod which sleeps 2. It is one of only a handful of this design and has been built & furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The Pod is situated in our private paddock, close to Beck House in Salmonby. There is a footpath nearby if you are planning some walking or hiking from here and we have easy access to some enjoyable (and not too flat!) cycling routes. We have a lovely variety of local wildlife, right on your balcony doorstep so come and relax and enjoy all the the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer. The pod is accessed by a short walk across the paddock, a car can be parked nearby on our gravel driveway. Due to its snug nature and nearby sheep and cattle, we are unable to accept pets at this time. There is a wildlife pond and a free running beck within the paddock for you to enjoy.
Peppercorn Pod is a luxury escape with a comfy double bed, sofa bed, flat screen TV, underfloor heating & ensuite shower room. The pod has its own Wifi and electric supply. The double patio doors open onto a private covered balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
Luxury glamping definitely includes an ensuite shower and toilet! The room has a heated towel rail and underfloor heating with towels provided for your stay. A walk in shower and standard toilet (not composting!) complete the glamping pod.
The compact kitchenette has everything you need for cooking some tasty glamping meals and includes a double gas hob and microwave inside and a barbecue and pizza oven outside. There is a good selection of kitchen utensils along with essentials such as a toaster & kettle. The Fridge has plenty of room for daily essentials plus a small integrated freezer.
Relax and enjoy your own pod balcony! Perfect to step outside with a morning cup of coffee of enjoy your alfresco dining with the soft outdoor lighting whilst enjoying the beautiful country views, Beck House has to offer.
There is a Firepit, Barbecue and Pizza Oven for your use, close to the pod. There are some complimentary logs for the fire pit. Charcoal supplies for the barbecue and additional logs are available to buy on site.
Peppercorn Pod at Beck House is the perfect location for some rural relaxation! The veranda gives you the perfect spot to soak up the tranquillity and enjoy the views.

Relax in the Lincolnshire Wolds.......
Walking in the Wolds offers you beautiful unspoilt scenery with quiet country lanes and paths to explore. We have a footpath passing though our land so you are ready to go without a road in sight!
The Wolds are a perfect place for exploring by bike. There are many scenic cycle routes and contrary to popular belief - Lincolnshire is not all flat!!!
Beck House has plenty of wildlife, including deer, barn owls, Muntjac, and plenty of garden & woodland birds to enjoy. We have five acres of woodland that you are free to explore.
We have plenty of local wildlife including Barn owls and deer. Donna Nook is about 40 minutes away and has a huge colony of breeding seals that can be easily seen between November and January. East Kirkby is home to "Just Jane" the Lancaster, and has many photo opportunities during their frequent taxi runs between April and November. We have opportunities for astrophotography from the Pod or our woodland offering dark skies with minimal light pollution.
For aviation enthusiasts, we have East Kirkby nearby, where Lincs Aviation has the partly restored Lancaster, "Just Jane" Lincs Aviation offers plenty to see and also has a lovely cafe on site. Peppercorn Pod is the perfect stay if you plan to visit one of the frequent events such as the Lancaster taxi runs, Air show or 1940's weekend. If motorsport is more your thing, then we are close to The Cadwell Park race circuit, with hosts a variety of racing of classic motors and bikes throughout the year. Nearby Coningsby is home to the BBMF and Euro fighters which fly over us several times a week.
Horncastle and Louth are both a stones throw away and have many interesting shops, cafes and bars. Horncastle is best known for its many antique centres and historic Louth has three markets a week within the town centre and also a farmers market on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Lincoln is well known for its castle and cathedral set at the top of steep hill and also has many interesting shops, bars and tea rooms.
